So, despite all the replies on this thread...........getting back to your response of the Starcraft 176RB........  My 175RK has performed flawlessly.....like you said, this thread is about the trailer, not the TV.  So if you have any questions about the Starcraft let me know.

Luckydog, Your advice is well taken.  Would never buy anything I would have to tow without a test tow.  Any dealer who would not allow me to do that  would not get my business.  The dealer I am looking at is right next to an Interstate but also there are some rural roads that could be driven. As parrothead also ahs said it will be empty but should give a basic idea of how it will tow especially to test out the sail area resistance and strain on the engine. Again have made no decisions or even looked at one yet. To many other thigns going on. Can use my PUP until things get more settled.

Went to dealer and looked over the Hybrid.  He hooked up the trailer to my Escape and I drove it for 30-45 minutes under various road conditions including speeds up to 50 MPH.  Could find no problems that I would have expected to find while towing.  Sail area of the trailer is less than 24 sq feet as Ford says nothing over 30 sq ft.  Drove over asphalt and gravel up and down hills and over a small patch of field to see if any problems.  Could not find any during this test drive.  Now the it is decision time. Will keep yu posted.

Bought my camper and drove it home with no towing problems what so ever.  That was a 60 mile trip.  Just took it easy and will have to be carefull with my loading.  Took it directly to the CG and had a great weekend again with no problems.
